#豉油王大蝦 🦐

花竹蝦肉爽和味道鮮甜,過於大隻的蝦肉會偏粗糙,如果覺得花竹蝦太貴可以用新鮮海中蝦,再次一級就可以冰鮮中蝦☺️煎蝦一定要用大火,才可脆身和鎖住蝦汁。頭抽是因為無咁鹹,比較鮮甜和香,如果無都可以用一半生抽和一半老抽代替。PS: 個堆葱唔係我擺架😌
